It’s Time for Saborea Puerto Rico!
Here at Spoon, we’re all about good eats and food fests. We eagerly await each Spring so that we can attend Saborea, a 4-day culinary festival that’s always a grand time. Celebrating its 10 year anniversary, the festival will take place May 18 – 21, 2017.
The event kicks off on Thursday with Bubbles & Bites, dedicated to you guessed it, tasty treats by local & guest chefs and cocktails made with all things sparkling. On Friday, at the Privileged Dinner, 20 chefs will host their own dinner party full of unforgettable tasting menus (spots still available). Saturday and Sunday, its time to get your eat and drink on at the tasting pavilions. There’s a whole tent dedicated to food, another one for rum and wine, a demo kitchen, live music and more. The ocean-side setting at Escambrón Beach is a huge plus and makes for a perfect weekend.
