Their unique take on cocktails like the Carbonated Negroni will keep you coming back for more! Come by any day of the week and enjoy their happy hour from 11AM – 5PM. Spoon tip: Enjoying Penúltima’s scrumptious hamburger on the outdoor terrace; a perfect place for day drinking!

Known as one of the best restaurants and cocktail bars on the Island, Santaella’s new happy hour deals are on point! From Tuesday through Thursday between 4PM – 6PM, enjoy bar bites and beers for $4, wines and cocktails are $6. Spoon Favorites: Gin & Tonic and Jose Santaella’s famous tuna skewers.
El Mezzanine: Located on the second floor of a colonial building in Old San Juan, Mezzanine is an iconic cocktail bar you can’t miss! Enjoy $5 cocktails and tapas from 4PM – 8PM by the bar any day of the week. Spoon Tip: Grab a table by the balcony so you can overlook the colorful streets of Old San Juan.
Paulina Escanes: This modern bistro in Condado serves creative, Mexican-inspired dishes and amazing desserts (the owner started her career as a pastry chef!) Stop in any day of the week for their Sunset Bites from 3 PM – 6:30 PM. Enjoy tapas-sized entrées for $5, house cocktails and wines for $6 and beers for $3. Vianda: This creative, farm-to-table restaurant owned by husband and wife team Francis Guzmán and Amelia Dill will keep you coming back for their seasonally-rotating menu. Be sure to visit their bar for Happy Hour from Wednesday through Friday, 5:30 PM – 7 PM. Snack on fish tacos or pork belly sliders for $3, cocktails and wines for $7 and ice-cold Medallas for $2.
