Saborea 2015: Bubbles, Bites, All Star Chefs and More!

The 8^th edition of Saborea is less than a month away and we couldn’t be more excited. This 4-day food, wine and rum extravaganza will take place April 9-12. Over 70 local and international chefs as well as food experts are participating in this year’s events. Don’t miss the chance to see Suzie Jimenez, Brad Farmerie, Simon Majumdar, Ben Vaughn and more! We are particularly excited about Puerto Rican Chef José Mendin of Pubbelly Group who has literally taken over Miami. I mean, have you seen his food photos?! They are all ridiculously delicious.

The opening party will take place on Thursday, April 9 at the Sheraton Hotel & Casino. Bubbles & Bites is a fun way to kick back, sip on local spirits and mingle with your favorite chefs. Tickets are $75 and $65 if you pay with your MasterCard.

If a formal, sit-down dinner is more your thing, book your tickets now for the Privileged Dinner. 20 all-star chefs will cook a 4-course for their table of 10. Choose your chef from the list below and call ASAP to reserve your dinner. Tickets are $150, and yes there is a $10 discount with MasterCard.

The main festival with the tasting pavilion and cooking demos take place on Saturday and Sunday. And the location at Escambron Beach couldn’t be better. We can’t wait to once again sip on a rum cocktail or a wine from Cali overlooking the Atlantic, munching on a tasty treat from the 30+ exhibitors. Oh Saborea thank you for making this happen! Doors open at 11AM and for the first time, there will be a concert from 5:30-7:30PM.
