You may cancel or reschedule your tour up to 72 hours before your tour’s scheduled departure to avoid fees or penalties. Refunds are not possible within 72 hours of your tour’s departure time, however, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your booking to another date, if you so desire.

Most tours last about 2.5 to 3 hours and involve casual walking with plenty of breaks. Old San Juan includes cobblestones and hills. For less walking, try the San Juan Drive Around Tour™.

Puerto Rico is hot and humid. We recommend breathable clothes, comfy shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Hats and refillable water bottles are also great.

Daytime highs range from 85–95°F (29–35°C) with humidity. Dress light, drink water, and bring an umbrella if needed.

Yup, we run our tours rain or shine! Luckily, our experiences are not ruined by rain since a large portion of the time is spent inside restaurants. Bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast, or grab one during checkout.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a stroller! Just note that not all of our restaurant stops have ramps, so you may need to carry the stroller up a few steps at certain locations.

We do our best to accommodate guests using wheelchairs. Please note that Old San Juan has uneven cobblestone streets, and some stops may include a few steps without ramps. That said, our guides are proactive and happy to assist, and on the Drive Around Tour, foldable wheelchairs can be safely stored in the vehicle. Feel free to reach out ahead of time so we can support you as best as possible.

Yes — restrooms are available at multiple stops along each route. While not every venue has one, you’ll have several opportunities to use the bathroom during the experience.
