Central Steakhouse Opens in Condado -EDIT- [RESTAURANT CLOSED]

Central Steakhouse in the trendy neighborhood of Condado is a great dining option in Puerto Rico.  The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, is walking distance from most hotels in Condado including the La Concha Resort and the Marriott Stellaris.  Chef George Thomas, who previously worked in the foodie town of Austin, Texas creates colorful dishes that are aesthetically appealing and equally delicious.  The house filet mignon with exotic mushrooms is excellent but the foie gras with sweet plantains is our favorite. The cocktail menu, by Puerto Rico’s top bartenders at World Class Puerto Rico, is well designed and includes all top-shelf liquors.
